Days of Mindfulness. These are opportunities to experience the practice a little deeper, for a longer period of time. The morning will generally be in the same format as Wednesday evenings, but with other activities and will be in a larger room. We will share lunch in silence - please bring vegetarian food to share. The day will include other activities - tba. Suitable for anyone who has had some experience of the practice, even if only one session! Please email or 'phone if you require any other information or clarification. Our NEXT Day of Mindfulness will be on 10th November. If the whole day is not possible for you, you may attend the morning session up to or including lunch. Cost: by donation.
